At the Community Council meeting following the Annual General Meeting of the Wimborne & District Community Association, the meeting was informed that Mrs. Pam Furnell wished to step down as vice-chairman, although she would be happy to remain on the Management Committee.

The meeting accepted her wish and thanked her for all the dedicated years of voluntary service and for all the hard work she had given to the Association and the Centre.

A nomination was received that Mr. John Slow be appointed to the position and was duly elected as Vice-Chairman.

Therefore for 2010 the Officers of the Association are:
